How do I become a process server?
If you’re interested in any of the process server positions listed below, send your resume and contact information to HRAdmin@fireflylegal.com. Be sure to include the appropriate title in your subject line. We’ll get back to you with more information.
If you’re interested in working for Firefly as a process server at a location not listed below, please call (877) 963-3534 or email info@fireflylegal.com to contact a member of our civil process team. Rules and regulations on becoming a certified process server vary by state and/or county. Check with your local courts or regulating agencies to get instructions for your area. We’re more than willing to help point you in the right direction, too.
Firefly Legal’s process servers must have any/all applicable licenses or certification at time of application. Previous experience preferred, but not necessary. Applicants must have reliable transportation; smart phone with internet access, camera, and GPS function; laptop or PC with internet access and printer; be willing to submit to a background check and drug test.
