How do I check the status of a project?
There are many ways in which you can check the status of your file:
- Email our status department: status@fireflylegal.com.
- Call Firefly Legal (877) 963-3534 and select Option 2.
- Electronic bridge to your case management software (live updates!)
- Log in to our secure proprietary case management system.
- Contact a customer service representative to arrange for scheduled status updates by our staff.
What is included in the civil process service due diligence package?
Our due diligence package is an added bonus for our clients. We put together an affidavit that compiles notes from the process server, results of the skip trace (including what databases were run, etc.), and standard case information in one document.
Who do I call with questions about my invoice?

Sewer Service? No, thanks. We like to keep our service squeaky clean. No shortcut is worth it. We regularly assess and review our process servers and our processes to makes sure that everything we do is exactly as it should be.
